Vacancies

We are always looking for people to join our team!

We have a large and varied workforce, comprising of paid and volunteer roles in our central team, our Pathways and Performance directorate, and in our regional teams.

For general enquiries please complete our application form - or email crystal.ravenscroft@englandtouch.org.uk.

Specific vacancies are listed below, with the relevant application information.

Workforce

Our workforce keep the organisation moving forward - setting our goals, delivering our core business functions, and supporting the rest of the workforce.

To ensure ETA events run smoothly, we’re looking for a number of people to help coordinate the referee team.

These roles will lead in the recruitment, appointment and allocation of referees at ETA tournaments - and should expect to be the lead ref at a number of events each season.

We will review all applications on 6 April, and will then confirm next steps.

Performance

Each year we train and develop youth, opens, seniors, and masters squads, to prepare teams for international competitions.

Our performance function is fully supported by coaches and analysts, a performance support team, and operations and logistics leads.

We're looking for Team Operations Managers to join our performance squads

This role is one of the most rewarding we have - successful candidates will work as part of the Logistics function, but be partnered with a performance team’s coaching unit, to manage and organise one of our performance squads throughout our 2026 Euros campaigns.

Roles are available for youth, opens, seniors and masters squads.  Successful candidates will need to be available to attend at least two training camps, and the relevant tour, for their team.  They will also be DBS and reference checked (unless the ETA already has these).  A full recruitment pack, including the role profile, is here.

As the campaign has started, we’re looking to appoint the right people as soon as they are available, so encourage you to complete the Team Manager application form.

If you’re not currently available please let us know (via the application form) and we will follow up with you at a later date.

Being a coach is hard work, but incredibly rewarding.  It takes energy, patience, and dedication - and if you have the desire to step up and lead, we have opportunities for you!

ETA have been invited to send additional squads to the upcoming Youth Euros in Warwick (13-18 August).  These will be development environments for young athletes, and we’re looking for experienced coaches who can create fun and welcoming environments that support performance and growth.
