Building a future for England Touch

Building a future for England Touch

With Touch participation at all levels growing across the country and the performance of the National Squads at the recent European Championships in Swansea we are looking to the future. We want to continue building the development of Touch in England and a vital step is bolstering the ETA Executive and Operational board.

If you are involved in Touch at whatever level from supporter to elite player, and feel that you would like to contribute to continuing the success of England Touch we would love to hear from you!

The ETA consists of a small, dedicated group of volunteers, which meet roughly once every 3-4 months at various locations throughout England. We’re looking to recruit more like-minded and enthusiastic volunteers for various roles, both within the committee and sub-committees to progress further.

We have a variety of areas open for you to get involved in: these include (but are not limited to) various development roles within the sport (especially in key areas of youth, women’s and regional development), roles within the High Performance team and also roles within the PR/Marketing Team.

Along with the above areas and following a re-structure and personnel changes of the ETA, the following positions have become vacant, the task description for these roles can be found by clicking each of the links above

If you would like to stand for any of these roles, please use the contact details below.

We would like to hear from all involved in Touch to gather your thoughts and ideas for furthering the bright future of the sport in this country, so please email if you have any input.

If you would like to play a larger part please put together a brief description of your current relevant experience and how you would like to assist in developing England Touch on the ‘Election of Office’ form and send to: vacancies@englandtouch.org.uk

We are England Touch

Some space. A ball. Your mates. A game
Your team. A competition. Maybe a trophy or two
Work hard. Develop skills. Get selected. Represent your nation
Volunteer time. Pick up a whistle. Make a difference
This is England Touch. Pick up a ball and play!
