Touch Rugby is a perfect game for Primary Schools. It is easy to teach and learn, and develops a variety of physical skills such as catching, passing, running and finding space which are applicable across a range of sports. Of course Touch Rugby can be played competitively, too, with boys and girls able to play on the same team.

England Touch, which received Sport England recognition in 2023, has developed a range of resources, lesson plans and introductory games to develop all of those core skills which will be needed in a match situation.
