Grow the Game: Social media masterclass, with Marnie Wills

Social media is an essential way to reach new audiences and grow your club - as well as the sport as a whole. But if you and your club wants to know how to use social media effectively then this masterclass is an essential 90 minutes.
Marnie Wills has been able to harness the power of social media in growing her businesses and regularly runs workshops to share her experiences and best practice tactics.

Raise Your Game: How to help players perform to their best under pressure, with Becca Hickman
Thursday, March 30th | 7:30pm-9:00pm
This course is designed to provide both coaches and players with the tools to be able to support performance under pressure in Touch. Attendees will gain an understanding around what pressure is, how it can impact athletes, how training design can be adapted to improve performance under pressure and the key ways to support a player's mindset.
Becca Hickman is a Sport and Exercise Psychologist working with the Loughborough Lightning Superleague Netball team, while also running her own performance consultancy practice, Empowering Excellence, and supporting the England Touch Men's Open squad.

Raise Your Game: How to develop your leadership skills, with Rusty Earnshaw

Rusty Earnshaw is curious about and obsessed with helping people, wanting to better understand how individuals and teams exceed their dreams, how learning environments are nurtured and what might be possible for all of us in the future.
Join Rusty in this workshop to discuss how his experiences working at the top level of international sport with the England Sevens team and at The Magic Academy can help you develop your leadership skills, and how in turn we can aid people to live the story they want.

Grow the Game: Boing Play Tank games, with Ben Franks and Craig Fielding
Monday, April 24th | from 7:00pm
England Touch recently partnered with Boing to develop a range of games aimed specifically at introducing the core skills required for Touch (especially Super 6, our variant for schools) to young players. Of course these games are great for players of any ages to use during warm-ups and skills development, too!
Ben Franks and Craig Fielding worked with England Touch to develop these games, and this session will talk you through how to use the Play Tank, and what you need to introduce these games into activity sessions, wherever you use them!
