England Touch expanding paid workforce
England Touch is expanding its paid workforce as part of a restructure of its operational team. Three new and exciting opportunities have arisen as we seek to more widely engage with those that already play and to work collaboratively across the sport and physical activity sector to provide more participation opportunities.
The new roles are all initially part-time and cover the areas of General Management, Major Events and Growing the Game of Touch. Further details are shown below along with downloadable role descriptions.
The deadline for all applications is midnight on Sunday, September 27th, 2020.
To apply for any of these positions email Chris Simon via chris.simon@englandtouch.org.uk
General Manager
Part-time, 25 hours per week
The organisation is looking for a talented and committed individual with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with our membership; oversee the planning, delivery and development of our core domestic events calendar; and continue the expansion of our on-line and in-person courses and CPD programme.
At a time when we are still working through our Return to Play Plan, it is important that the General Manager can work across a number of different groups, associations and stakeholders to effectively plan and deliver our core operations. The successful candidate should also expect to get involved with the delivery of other operational and general management tasks as they develop.
Relationships are key, as we seek to evolve our offer to existing members and work across the broader sporting landscape to engage with more of those who currently play touch in a variety of environments and for different reasons.
