Teams announced for 2020 All Schools

England Touch has announced the Lions and Lionesses teams which will be heading to the 2020 All Schools in Brisbane.

Australia has been a regular destination over the past couple of years for England representative sides, with Men’s and Women’s Open teams both taking part in the New South Wales State Cup.

And now England Touch is extending the opportunity to play in Australia to age group sides, and the trip to Queensland will be an important part of the preparation for the 2021 Youth Touch World Cup.

In all England is taking a 15-strong Girls 20s team and 16-strong Boys 20s team, with 13 clubs represented in total.

The Queensland All Schools Championships is the biggest event of its kind anywhere in the world, with more than 400 teams and 5,000 players taking part.

The 2020 All Schools will be at the Whites Hill Sports Complex in Brisbane between October 6th and 11th, with England’s trip subject to developments regarding Covid-19. Confirmation of participation will be made later in the year.
