England Touch AGM - Save the date: 26 Feb 2017

All clubs, league operators, and/or venues directly affiliated to England Touch are invited to send one representative/committee member to participate in the England Touch Annual General Meeting. We also welcome attendance from any league or club interested in becoming affiliated to England Touch.

Date: Sunday 26 Feb 2017

Venue: Hough End Centre, Mauldeth Road West, Manchester, M21 7SX

Time: AGM: 10:00–11:00, Drop-in discussions: 11:30–13:00 (timings are approximate)

The agenda and papers for the AGM will be sent out 28 days prior to the meeting along with information about proxy votes should a member be unable to attend.

The 'drop-in discussions' after the AGM will give members the opportunity to engage in discussions with ETA directors in a more informal setting than the AGM. The format will depend on numbers on the day and there will be no fixed agenda.

Information about how to register to attend the AGM will be sent in the new year.
